Summer in a Jar

Thank you to everyone that attended our Summer in a Jar workshops this season! Participants worked in stations to prep, blend, and jar a variety of seasonal recipes. The end result was 1 jar to take home and the knowledge to create personal recipes to preserve the harvest. We'll be back next summer to teach hands-on techniques for preserving fruits and vegetables at the height of their freshness.
