Summer in a Jar

Learn hands-on techniques for preserving fruits and vegetables at the height of their freshness. You won't want to miss any of these classes — we highlight different vegetables and fruits each time, and show you how to preserve what's coming out of your garden throughout the season.

Participants will work in stations to prep, blend, and jar a variety of seasonal recipes using a water bath technique. The end result is 1 jar to take home and the knowledge to create your own recipes to preserve the harvest. Major thanks to Harmon's for generously providing the workshop space as well as appetizers for attendees.

Cost: $15 per class. Space is limited to 16 participants per class.
