Pioneer Park Construction
Planned Pioneer Park renovations are scheduled to take place from March to October 2026. Market staff is diligently working to develop a site map and operations plan that serves both vendors and patrons, while keeping the market in — and as close to — Pioneer Park as possible.

Farmers & Growers
Vendors that sell raw agriculture products and value-added agricultural products qualify for the Farmers & Growers category. Preferred farming standards are low/no input, no synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, no GMO crops, and hybrid and heirloom varieties.
Raw Agricultural Products
Fruit, vegetables, grains, nuts, flowers, bedding plants, potted plants, and bulbs that are raised on the applicant’s farm are included in this category. Bedding plants and potted plants must be grown from seed, plug cutting, bulbs, or bare root.
Value-Added Agricultural Products
Farmers & Growers may sell value-added agricultural products, which include salsas, jams, pickles, syrups, etc. Value-added products are produced, grown, raised, and harvested on the applicant’s farm then processed to create a new product. All value-added agricultural products must be prepared and packaged in an approved commercial kitchen.

Certificate of Liability Insurance for $1,000,000
Value-added products need a Utah Department of Agriculture and Food, Food Establishment Permit

2025 Market Fees - summer & winter
Application Fee (non-refundable): $50
Full season: $780 for one 10' x 10' booth
Day stall: $40/day for one 10' x 10' booth
Value-added products: 10% of daily sales
